2nd Line Support Engineer required by an innovative construction company, based near London Bridge, paying 35K.
This is an exciting opportunity to become the company’s first hands-on IT Support Engineer, supporting the organisation as it is about to expand rapidly. You will be working in a dynamic environment, mainly in the head office but with the occasional visit to their central London sites. This is a fully on-site role, reporting to the Head of IT, supporting around 400 users.
What you will do:
- Provide hands-on 1st and 2nd Line Support, working with outsourced service and on-site Head of IT
- Manage ticketing system
- Escalating tickets to third party delivery service
- Set up devices and IT equipment for new users
- Assisting with the Infrastructure team on tasks around office
- Assist project planning and delivery
- Travelling to sites for routine visits
What you will need:
- Strong working experience with Windows 10 & 11
- Android and Mobile Device Management, particularly Intune
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange & SharePoint
- Experience working in an ITIL environment
- Basic networking knowledge: firewalls, switches, routers
- Document management skills
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Desire to learn, grow and work in a dynamic environment
