2nd / 3rd Line Senior Technician is required by a well established Chartered Accountancy Firm with an excellent reputation in their field. Following a recent expansion, the client is looking to increase the size of their support team to continue the excellent service provided to their users and adherence to Service Level Agreements.
Reporting into the IT Director you will be required to provide 2nd /3rd line support to over 200 users, ensuring the day to day running of the network, users machines, and assist in the implementation of new systems and maintenance of existing systems. You will also liaise with 3rd party providers on software and hardware issues.

- Networking – DNS/DHCP/Switch concepts
- Active Directory and Group Policies
- VPN Technology
- SQL Query’s
- Office 365 & Azure
- Citrix XenApp
Excellent communication skills are essential within this role, as well as having a pro-active and self-motivated attitude.
