2nd / 3rd Line Support; £300per day.
2nd / 3rd Line Support is required for a UK Charity with Head Office based in London this will be for a 3 month period. Working in a Windows Environment you will be solely responsible for all 3rd Line tickets and some 2nd Line issues when cover is required. Clear communicational skills are key for this role as some users are not based in the UK and speak broken English.
