The Help Desk Team prides itself on its professional atmosphere and its ability to get things done. You will join the IT Operations Team serving as the first point of contact for all incoming windows operating and 365 application issues, as well as basic hardware and mobiles including Apple and Android, across their clients. You will be responsible solely for logging the tickets while providing clear, concise and genuine communication to customers ensuring that their ticket will be raised, and resolved at by an IT professional.
Moreover, you will be presented with potential opportunities to progress in to Cyber Security Management (Training) based on one’s performance, personal development & knowledge.
Suitable candidates for this exciting position will have a strong academic background, and must be a gifted communicator, both written and verbal. You’ll have a good understanding of Windows and Office 365, familiarity with the inner workings of a computer (hardware) and a good grasp of Apple iOS and Android mobile phones.
