1st/ 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst – Are you a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst looking for a challenging yet rewarding role? Look no further! As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all IT issues, providing day-to-day support for 150 end users including VIPs. This office-based role offers a relaxed working environment with no dress code, an attractive package including a salary of up to £30k, 25 days holiday (not including bank holidays), private medical insurance and discretionary bonus.
As part of an ambitious modernisation program, this is an excellent opportunity for you to learn and grow professionally. You will work closely with a team of two and will be responsible for troubleshooting and finding solutions to resolve issues. Essential skills include strong troubleshooting experience of Windows applications and server administration, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy and document formatting including Excel, MDM ideally Intune.
Ideally, you will also have experience of legal applications such as iManage, Work/FileSite, Digital dictation and ITIL certified. This Service Desk role will suit someone who has 1-2 years of experience or may be in an apprenticeship role and is looking to take the next step in their career with the freedom to learn new technology along the way.
