1st/2nd Line Support Engineer required by a reputable legal firm with offices in the City, near Monument. Paying up to £30k, you’ll support the full range of staff from jnr to board level using your knowledge of Office products, Citrix, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure and InTune.
Day to day, the 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will act as the first point of contact for all incoming issues via email and telephone within the support desk environment. Using your knowledge to resolve the incident or assign the ticket to another member of the team, you’ll what it takes to assist the end user towards a solution. In a hands on capacity, the 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will be on hand for the set up of conference rooms, printer support and new starter stations.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
– Previous experience working within a legal environment would be extremely beneficial. If not, any experience of professional service, B2B environments would be good.
– Experience supporting Office 365, MS Teams, Citrix, Group Policy, Active Directory, Azure and InTune
– Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will be supporting end users from all departments
