1st Line Support Analyst is required by an Investment Company based in central London paying up to £26k, supporting up to 50 users using around 200 Windows and Mac devices. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the company as they expand.
You will be working closely with the IT Manager and will become a vital part of the team and will become the first port of call for all internal staff. You will assist with all with the general IT Duties whilst picking up new skills and enhancing your existing knowledge along the way.
This role would possibly suit a someone seeking their second job or who has maybe recently finished an apprenticeship scheme and now looking to settle and expand there knowledge and skill set.
Experience and Skills Required:
Mac & Windows Support
LAN (Local Area Networks)
Microsoft Office Suite including Visio
