1st Line Junior Support Engineer, paying up to £25k, required by a leading, international research company based in Central London with over 150 offices globally and 5000 staff.
The successful 1st Line Junior Support Engineer will support internal clients in the UK and abroad. The main focus of the role will be service delivery ensuring users experience personable, comprehensive and effective IT solutions. As such, interpersonal skills are as important as technical skills and experience. If you love helping people, this is the role for you!
You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls, ensuring all tickets are triaged before escalating and engineer allocation.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
A good understanding of IT and troubleshooting issues relating to Active Directory, Office 356 & Network connections
Great interpersonal skills
An Excellent telephone manner
