1st Line Service Desk Technician is required by an environmental consultancy to support a user base of over 1000 across 30 offices in EMEA, paying a salary of £27k. The Company are undertaking a project to update their whole IT estate and are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support person to join on an initial contract basis of 6months.

The ideal 1st Line Service Desk Technician will be skilled and experienced in Active Directory, Azure, Group Policies, SCCM, TCP/IP, Symantec Endpoint Protection, and Cisco VPN. Supporting internal clients in the UK and abroad, the main focus of the role will be on dealing with people in a personable and comprehensive manner so, interpersonal skills are as important as technical skills and experience.
