Day to day, the 1st Line Application Support Analyst will be the first point of contact for users experiencing IT difficulties on systems and devices. You’ll help to diagnose faults and decide if you can fix it or if escalation is required. The team want you to learn and develop and so, in addition to helpdesk duties, you’ll get involved in a range of projects working alongside experienced colleagues.
Suitable candidates for this 1st Line Application Support Analyst position will have some IT helpdesk experience ideally helping users with application support. Any experience of retail devices would be really useful such as POS (point of sale) systems.
