1st -3rd IT Line Support Analyst required by a well-established Legal firm based in Central London offering a salary of up to £50k. Due to an increase in demand for Services and planned projects in the pipeline, they are an experienced Desktop Support Analyst. You will be reporting directly to the Head of IT Operations, providing a friendly and helpful IT support service as part of a small team to approximately 300 end users in a professional services environment.
As the 1st -3rd Line IT Support Analyst, you will spend your time working on various projects, including an on-prem to cloud migration, and general BAU support tickets to support the IT Operations team in the development while maintaining all the IT systems. You will also be the primary contact between vendors and end-users to develop the current platforms and effectively enhance user experience.
The successful 1st -3rd Line IT Support Analyst will be experienced with Azure and Office 365, Windows OS, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Anti-malware solutions (Sentinal1 ideally), Active Directory including Group Policy, Firewall, and VPN technologies and telephony systems (Mitel & Polycom). You will possess a solid and demonstrable understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, and excellent written skills, compiling data analysis and report writing. Law firm experience is highly desirable.
Desirable, but not essential, experience includes iManage Work/Share, InterAction, IntApp TIME, BigHand, files-sharing and extranet platforms. Any experience with document review/e-disclosure platforms such as Relativity would also be great.
