1st/ 2nd Line Support is required for an international bank based in near Tower Bridge. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing Bank and start your career within the financial sector.
Supporting around 100 end-users, in a Microsoft heavy environment, you will be dealing with anything from with account creation, Networks, or Systems Administration. Your main focus will be to assist with providing the general IT support necessary to carry out the installations, upgrading, and maintenance for equipment and systems whilst learning new skills along the way.
Skills & Knowledge required-
Due to the current restrictions, you will be required to hit the ground running so you must have strong 1st/ 2nd Line knowledge and industry experience.
They are offering a salary of £27k for the right candidate and will conduct all interviews via Skype or MS Teams.
