1st/ 2nd Line Software Support Analysts required to remotely join a busy service desk team supporting the Abacus financial platform for a large number of UK based clients. This contract will be outside of IR35 and will be roughly 3 – 6 months long with the potential to be extended in accordance with the project need.
Ideal 1st/ 2nd Line Software Support Analyst will have previous experience working with a service desk system like ServiceNow, ZenDesk or Remedy. Knowledge of the Abacus banking platform is crucial.
