1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst required by an international Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in London (Fulham) offering up to £25k plus benefits. Reporting directly to the Service Desk Manager, you will be primarily responsible for any 1st and 2nd line tickets generated by clients via telephone, email and remote access.
