1st Line Support Analyst required by an impressive, multi award-wining communications technology company with an extensive and growing client portfolio.
Day to day, the IT Support Analyst will investigate, fault find and, where possible, resolve an array of software and hardware issues. Working closely with 2nd Line and the Field Service Engineering team, you’ll provide first-class customer service in line with SLAs, keep the ‘knowledge base’ up to date and work to prevent problems before they occur.
The right 1st Line Support Analyst will have experience of scripting languages, such as Powershell, remote support software, Windows installation and updates, WiFi and LAN networking, and user admin. Attitude, confidence and service delivery is as important to ensure customers feel valued.
This position will expose the 1st Line Support Engineer to a wide variety of tech and new experiences, while working with an excellent team of engineers to learn from. This is therefore an excellent career opportunity, not just a job.
