JOB DESCRIPTION: 2nd Line Service Desk Technician paying up to £40k is required to join the IT team at an expanding construction company in Sheffield. The company have multiple sites across the UK which will need you to provide end-user support over the telephone, remotely, via email and face-to-face, installing, updating, maintaining and supporting various software applications from different vendors.
Successful candidates for this 2nd Line Service Desk Technician must have experience with supporting Windows OS, diagnosing and solving hardware faults, knowledge of ServiceNow, Azure, Active Directory, Office365 Admin is crucial, as is an understanding of TCP/IP Networking and experience of setting up, troubleshooting and support.
