Based from our Head Office on the Chester Business Park, you’ll develop business opportunities from cultivating relationships with IT Managers and IT Contract Professionals. You’ll earn a commission from every successfully placed contractor, for every week they work for your clients.
The IT Contract Consultant is primarily responsible for finding and filling contract vacancies by attracting, engaging and retaining quality IT professionals before marketing the live talent pool to IT Managers. Using the company database, LinkedIn, CV directories and advertising, you’ll manage and build a prospect database, track contractor availability ensuring you are well placed to respond quickly to your client’s needs. Full training will be provide.
As the IT Contract Consultant, you’ll be:
- Opportunistic, innovative and process driven
- Used to working with people and a confident communicator
- You’ll take ownership of the contract process so, attention to detail combined with a positive, action orientated attitude is essential.
- Recruitment experience is not necessary though might be beneficial
