Application Support, Bucks £50K

As the Application Support Analyst paying upto 50k = Bonus, certain amount of Hybrids working, during probation at least 4 days in the office, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the suite of supported applications.

  • First-Line Support Excellence: Provide exceptional first-line support for a range of applications. Collaborate with development Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and infrastructure suppliers to deliver second-line support when needed.

2nd Line Technician – Horsham – £30k

2nd Line Support Technician is required by a well established financial firm based in Horsham paying up to £30k, based onsite Monday to Friday and will form part of the Service Desk team of 3, who support around 100 end users in an ITIL environment.

The 2nd Line Technician will need to hit the ground running as they are in the middle of a Digital Transformation Project and will be required to help ensure the team can deliver the excellent users support they are know for. You will take and log the initial call, troubleshoot and resolve as many tickets as possible on this busy Service Desk before escalating to the Infrastructure and Security teams.

It is essential candidate have solid experience supporting users at 2nd Line level and have worked in an ITIL environment or similar structured organisation. You must also hold experience with server operating systems, O365, SaaS, MDM, Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policies, Powershell and VMware.
